Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and "NNTEAM" UAB, a private limited company registered in Lithuania (company code visible in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities), registered address Perkūnkiemio g. 13, LT-12114 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Company," "we," "us," "Trawlsec"), governing your access to and use of Trawlsec (the "Service"), available at trawlsec.com and app.trawlsec.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Trawlsec is a threat intelligence monitoring product that matches findings to your assets, provides a review and sign-off workflow, and generates exportable reports for compliance purposes (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001 evidence requests). The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis; see Section 6. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including anything done using your session or credentials.
Notify us immediately at info@trawlsec.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond what's permitted, use it to break the law, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, or resell the Service without authorization.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including asset information and findings data. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including to generate findings, review records, and reports on your behalf. Reports and other exports the Service generates from your data are yours to use, including sharing with auditors and stakeholders.

6. Fees

Trawlsec is offered on paid subscription plans. Fees, billing cycle, and current plan details are shown in your account billing settings at app.trawlsec.com. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves — by subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, "NNTEAM" UAB disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using the Service. Trawlsec is a monitoring and evidence-generation tool: it helps you build and organize threat intelligence review records and reports, but it does not constitute legal, compliance, or audit advice, and using it does not by itself guarantee a successful audit, certification, or compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any other framework. You remain responsible for your own compliance program. You use the Service at your own risk, and we do our best to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can't promise perfection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

"NNTEAM" UAB and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental/consequential damages, so some of the above limits may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold "NNTEAM" UAB harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is warranted (e.g. security or legal risk).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer-protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. by email or in-app notice).
